One Account Per Player
Each person may hold only one active account on game65. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Instant Deposits Accepted

Bonus Wagering Requirements

The standard wagering multiplier is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms communicated to you by game65, constitute the entire agreement between you and game65 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written.
Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration & Verification

Accurate Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. Any account created with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended or closed without notice and any funds therein may be withheld pending investigation. One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active game65 account. Operating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is a serious breach of these Terms. game65 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate account creation. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, VIP progress will be forfeited, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account abuse will be voided.
KYC Verification (Know Your Customer)
game65 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with our obligations as a responsible gaming platform. KYC verification may be requested:

Account Security

Account Closure
You may request closure of your game65 account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please review our Responsible Gaming page first — self-exclusion tools may be a more suitable option depending on your circumstances. game65 also reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, following a notification period of 30 days.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
game65 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed using the ৳ symbol. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits
The minimum deposit on game65 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 seconds. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Deposits are for the purpose of gaming only and must not be used for any other purpose including money transfers or currency conversion.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal from game65 is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier:

- Diamond tier: instant processing, no fees
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification requirements. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a game65 transaction without first contacting our support team is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, game65 reserves the right to close the associated account, reverse any pending withdrawals, and recover any outstanding amounts through available legal means. Bonus & Promotions Policy
Please Note: All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by game65 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Always read the individual promotion terms before claiming any offer.
game65 regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements

Game Contribution Rates
Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements:
- Slots: 100% contribution
- Cricket and sports betting: 100% contribution (single bets at odds of 1.50 or greater)
- Live casino table games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat): 10% contribution
- Crash games (Aviator and similar): 50% contribution
- All other games: 0% contribution unless specified
Bonus Abuse
game65 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets to circumvent wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and exploiting errors or technical faults to generate illegitimate bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is detected, game65 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings, close the player's account, and recover any withdrawn amounts that were derived from abusive bonus activity.
VIP Programme Rewards
The game65 VIP programme rewards are governed by the specific terms communicated to players at the point of VIP tier upgrade. VIP benefits including cashback, reload bonuses, and withdrawal processing priority are subject to the player maintaining active status at the relevant tier during the applicable period. game65 reserves the right to modify VIP programme terms, tier thresholds, and benefit structures at any time upon notice to affected members.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
game65 maintains a strict fair-use policy to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all legitimate players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account on game65;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
- Colluding with other players in any game or betting market;
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game or market;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported immediately to [email protected];
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using game65 as a mechanism for depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity;

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing game65 staff or other players via any communication channel.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where game65 reasonably suspects or confirms that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, game65 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; void all pending bets and bonus credits; withhold any pending withdrawal; recover any funds previously withdrawn that were derived from prohibited conduct through any available legal means; and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
Intellectual Property
All content on the game65 platform — including but not limited to the game65 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of game65 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the game65 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

Gambling Losses

Technical Failures

Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verifiable technical fault, game65 will void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. game65 will not be liable for any claimed winnings that cannot be substantiated due to a technical failure.
Third-Party Services
game65 integrates third-party services including game content providers, payment processors, and identity verification services. game65 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless game65 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Changes to the Service
game65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, including the withdrawal of specific games, payment methods, or promotional offers.
